Dubai: India won their Asia Cup 2025 match against Pakistan in style. They chased down a small target of 128 runs with 25 balls left and 7 wickets in hand. Captain Suryakumar Yadav stayed not out on 47 runs, while Kuldeep Yadav took 3 wickets to lead India’s win.
Pakistan batted first after winning toss but never looked comfortable. Hardik Pandya got a wicket on his first ball, and Jasprit Bumrah soon added another. Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav kept breaking partnerships. Only Sahibzada Farhan showed some fight with 40 runs, but Pakistan could score only 127/9 in 20 overs.
India started their chase strongly with Abhishek Sharma hitting 31 runs from just 13 balls. Later, Tilak Varma (27) and captain Suryakumar Yadav made sure the chase was smooth. India finished the game without trouble and moved closer to Super 4 stage.
With this win, India showed their strength once again in big rivalry match.
