Pune: Naval Kishore Ram, the newly appointed Commissioner of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), was warmly welcomed and felicitated by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) city unit today, following his recent assumption of office. The event was led by Maharashtra’s Higher and Technical Education Minister, Chandrakant Patil.
Expressing confidence in Ram’s leadership, the BJP highlighted his extensive administrative experience, which they believe will accelerate Pune’s all-round development. The party expressed optimism that under his guidance, the PMC will scale new heights.
The felicitation ceremony was attended by prominent BJP leaders, including MLA Hemant Rasane, city president Dheeraj Ghate, MLA Bhimrao Tapkir, former House Leader Srinath Bhimale, Ganesh Bidkar, Rajendra Shilawant, along with other elected representatives, office-bearers, and party workers.
