Mumbai: Starting a new business in Maharashtra just got easier. CM Devendra Fadnavis has announced that entrepreneurs will no longer have to apply for Non Agricultural (NA) land conversion permission to set up small industries.
Till now, businessmen had to wait for months to get NA approval, which often delayed projects and increased costs. With the rule removed, industries can now start work quickly without wasting time on long govt processes.
