Nagpur: Eating fruits is very good for health. They give the body vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Doctors say we should eat fruits every day, mostly in the morning or before afternoon. At that time, our stomach can digest fruits easily.

But some fruits should not be eaten at night. They can cause gas, acidity, heaviness in the stomach and trouble sleeping. These fruits are healthy during the day, but at night they may disturb digestion.

Here are fruits you should avoid at night:

1. Apple

Apples are healthy, but at night they can be hard to digest because they have a lot of fiber. This can cause gas, acidity and discomfort.

2. Banana

Bananas give quick energy during the day. But at night they digest slowly and may cause bloating or heaviness in the stomach.

3. Orange

Oranges are full of Vitamin C, but they are also very acidic. Eating oranges at night can increase heartburn and acidity.

4. Guava

Guava has a lot of fiber. This is good in the daytime, but at night the same fiber can cause gas and stomach trouble.
