Nagpur: Eating fruits is very good for health. They give the body vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Doctors say we should eat fruits every day, mostly in the morning or before afternoon. At that time, our stomach can digest fruits easily.
But some fruits should not be eaten at night. They can cause gas, acidity, heaviness in the stomach and trouble sleeping. These fruits are healthy during the day, but at night they may disturb digestion.
