Mumbai: Politics in Maharashtra has become tense again. Uddhav Thackeray’s newspaper Saamana has said that the BJP is now pushing Eknath Shinde aside. The editorial says BJP used Shinde to break the original Shiv Sena, and now they don’t need him anymore.

Saamana claims that around 35 MLAs from Shinde’s group may join BJP, and the party may contest future elections without Shinde.

Article also says Shinde created his party by breaking the real Shiv Sena, and now the same trick is being used against him. It calls Shinde’s party weak and says people joined him only for money and power.

Meeting With Amit Shah: Saamana Targets Shinde Again

Shinde recently met Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. Shinde complained that BJP leaders especially Ravindra Chavanare taking his workers by offering money.

According to Saamana, Shah laughed at the complaint and reminded Shinde that his party exists only because BJP helped him break the original Shiv Sena. Shah reportedly told him to go back to Mumbai and solve problems with BJP leaders there instead of coming to Delhi.

Saamana says Shinde is pretending that his Delhi visit was successful, but the truth is BJP is slowly taking away his supporters during local elections.
