New Delhi: Indian cricket star Rohit Sharma has given his bat to young player Ayush Mhatre. Ayush is the captain of India’s U19 team, which is now in Australia for a cricket series. He will play with Rohit’s bat in the matches.
U19 India vs Australia tour will start on 21 Sept. The teams will play 3 one-day matches and 2 four-day matches in Brisbane and Mackay.
Ayush shared a photo with Rohit on Instagram and wrote: “Rohit Da gave me this bat. It is not just a gift, it is an inspiration.”
Meanwhile, senior players Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will return for the India-Australia ODI series at home from 19 Oct. Fans are very excited for their comeback.
