Mumbai: Senior BJP leader and Member of Parliament Narayan Rane has been admitted to Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai due to health concerns. Doctors have advised immediate surgery, which is expected to take place tomorrow. However, details about the exact nature of the surgery have not been officially shared yet.
Narayan Rane, a former CM of Maharashtra, has had a long political journey through Shiv Sena, Congress, and later the BJP. He also served as a Union Minister for a period. His sons, Nitesh and Nilesh Rane, are actively involved in politics, with Nitesh currently serving as a minister in the state govt.
Known for his sharp criticism and bold remarks against Uddhav Thackeray and the Shiv Sena (UBT), Narayan Rane has often been in the spotlight. At present, however, his health has become a matter of concern, leading to his urgent hospitalization and preparation for surgery.
